Sana Amin Sheikh is an Indian actress and radio jockey who works primarily in Hindi television and films. She made her acting debut on the youth-oriented serial Kya Mast Hai Life, in which she played Ritu Shah, and has since appeared in over thirty television serials, alongside supporting roles in Hindi cinema.

Sheikh began her on-screen career on Hindi television with Kya Mast Hai Life, in which she portrayed the character Ritu Shah. She subsequently built a wide-ranging career across Hindi general entertainment channels, taking on lead, antagonist and supporting roles.
She has played lead roles in serials including Jeet Jayenge Hum, Gustakh Dil, Million Dollar Girl, Bhootu (Season 1), Krishnadasi and Perfect Pati. Her antagonist and supporting performances include parts in Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi 3, Tere Shehar Mein and Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya.
Sheikh made her Bollywood debut in Singham, playing Anjali Bhosle. She has also appeared in supporting roles in Table No. 21, Island City and Bamfaad.
In addition to acting, Sheikh works as a radio jockey.
