Samiullah Shinwari (Pashto: سميع الله شينواري; born 31 December 1987) is an Afghan cricketer who represents the Afghanistan national cricket team in international competition. A right-handed batsman and leg break bowler, he made his international debut against Scotland in April 2009.

Shinwari emerged as part of the generation of Afghan cricketers who rose to prominence as the country's national team progressed through the lower tiers of international cricket in the late 2000s. As an all-rounder, he combines middle-order batting with leg-spin bowling.
