Samuel William Billings (born 15 June 1991) is an English professional cricketer who plays as a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper. He has represented Kent County Cricket Club throughout his senior career and has appeared for the England cricket team across all three international formats, while also featuring extensively in Twenty20 franchise leagues around the world.

Billings was born at Pembury in Kent. He joined Kent County Cricket Club's age-group set-up at the age of eight and progressed through the county's pathway, eventually making his senior debut for the Kent First XI in 2011.
Billings has spent his entire county career at Kent. In October 2017, he was appointed vice-captain of the side, and in January 2018 he succeeded Sam Northeast as club captain. He held the role until the end of the 2023 season, when he stepped down from the overall captaincy. He retained the captaincy of Kent's Twenty20 side after his resignation.
Billings has appeared primarily in limited-overs formats for England, featuring in One Day International and Twenty20 International cricket. He made his Test cricket debut in January 2022, adding the longest format to his international experience.
