Sai Nath University is a private university located in Ranchi, in the Indian state of Jharkhand. It was established in 2012 under the Sai Nath University, Jharkhand Act, 2012, enacted by the State Legislature for the setting up of private universities in Jharkhand.
The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) as a private university. Its programmes are offered across a range of disciplines, supported by approvals from various statutory and regulatory bodies relevant to the fields in which it operates.
Sai Nath University holds approvals from the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), the Bar Council of India (BCI), the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and the State Nursing Council. These recognitions cover programmes in pharmacy, law, teacher education, technical education and nursing, among others.
