Sahaya Sheelan Shadrach (born 24 March 1966), known by his stage name Sadhu Kokila, is an Indian comedian, musician, actor, film director, producer, occasional screenwriter and lyricist working primarily in Kannada cinema. He began his career as a music composer before transitioning to acting, where he is largely seen in comic roles.
As a director, Sadhu Kokila has helmed ten Kannada films, the most notable among them being Raktha Kanneeru (2003). His work behind the camera spans direction as well as production, in addition to occasional contributions as a screenwriter and lyricist.
In his capacity as a music composer, he has been a two-time recipient of the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Music Director, winning for Rakshasa (2005) and Inthi Ninna Preethiya (2008). As an actor, he has received multiple nominations and awards in the Best Comedian category at the SIIMA Awards.
