Shanthakumaran Sreesanth, commonly known as S. Sreesanth, is an Indian cricketer best known as a right-arm fast-medium bowler. He represented the Indian national cricket team across Test, One Day International (ODI) and Twenty20 International (T20I) formats, and was part of India's squads in major International Cricket Council (ICC) tournaments during the late 2000s and early 2010s.

Sreesanth hails from Kerala and rose through the state's domestic cricket structure, representing Kerala in the Ranji Trophy and other domestic competitions organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). He emerged as one of the few fast bowlers from Kerala to break into the senior India side, a state more traditionally associated with spin and batting talent in Indian cricket.
