Rumman Raees Khan (Urdu: رومان رئیس; born 18 October 1991) is a Pakistani cricketer. A left-arm fast bowler, he has represented United Bank Limited (UBL) in domestic cricket and has played for the Pakistan national cricket team in international competition.

Raees was born on 18 October 1991. He progressed through Pakistan's domestic cricket structure, turning out for United Bank Limited, one of the departmental sides that have historically been a prominent part of the country's first-class cricket system.
Raees has played for both UBL at the domestic level and for the Pakistan cricket team internationally.
