Chopra entered the Indian television industry in the 2000s, when satellite general entertainment channels such as Star Plus, Zee TV and Sony Entertainment Television were producing a high volume of long-running daily soaps. She became recognised through prime-time roles before transitioning towards anchoring, hosting and, later, the digital creator economy.
Chopra played the female lead, Radha, in Pyaar Ke Do Naam: Ek Raadha, Ek Shyaam, which aired on Star Plus. She subsequently appeared in Kasamh Se, the Ekta Kapoor–produced family drama on Zee TV, in which she portrayed Rano Bali. These roles placed her in the ensemble of leading actresses on Hindi prime-time television during that period.
She participated as a contestant on the reality series Bigg Boss, the Indian adaptation of the international Big Brother format produced by Endemol Shine India and broadcast on the Colors network. She has also hosted lifestyle, travel and fashion-oriented programmes on Indian television.
In the latter part of her career, Chopra moved into digital content creation, focusing on fashion, styling, home and lifestyle videos for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. She has worked with Indian and international consumer brands as a creator and brand ambassador, and has been associated with entrepreneurial ventures in the lifestyle space.
Chopra's career trajectory reflects a wider pattern among Indian television personalities of her generation, who shifted from scripted daily soaps and reality formats to creator-led digital media as audiences moved to streaming and social platforms. Her work spans both traditional broadcasting and the influencer economy that emerged in India during the 2010s.
