Rob Alun Walter (born 16 September 1975 in Johannesburg, South Africa) is a South African cricket coach. He is currently the head coach of the New Zealand national cricket team.
Walter served as the head coach of South Africa in the One Day International and Twenty20 International formats from January 2023 until 30 April 2025. During his tenure, he guided the South African side to the final of the 2024 T20 World Cup.
In June 2025, Walter was appointed head coach of the New Zealand national team across all formats, succeeding Gary Stead in the role.
