Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) is a Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, engaged in the manufacture and marketing of chemical fertilizers and industrial chemicals. The company operates under the administrative control of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Fertilizers, and is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

RCF was formed as a separate entity following the reorganisation of the Fertiliser Corporation of India (FCI), when the Government of India restructured its fertilizer sector public undertakings. The Trombay unit, originally part of FCI, became the nucleus of the new company, with subsequent expansion at Thal on the Konkan coast.

In addition to fertilizers, RCF manufactures industrial chemicals such as methanol, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, methylamines, dimethyl formamide, dimethyl acetamide and concentrated nitric acid, supplied to a variety of downstream industries.
RCF is a listed company, with its shares traded on Indian stock exchanges, while the Government of India remains the majority shareholder. It is recognised as a Mini Ratna public sector enterprise, providing it with greater operational and financial autonomy.
As one of India's principal fertilizer producers, RCF plays a notable role in the country's agricultural input supply chain, particularly in supplying urea and complex fertilizers to farmers across multiple states. Its industrial chemicals division also supports several manufacturing industries dependent on intermediate chemicals.
