Ram Lal Anand College is a constituent college of the University of Delhi, located in New Delhi, India. It is a co-educational institution offering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across the humanities, sciences, commerce, and computer applications. The college is partially funded by the University of Delhi and is named after the noted jurist Ram Lal Anand.

The college was established as an evening institution to expand access to higher education in Delhi, and was later converted into a full-fledged day college. It functions within the framework of the University of Delhi's South Campus and follows the university's curriculum, examination, and admission norms, including admission through the university's centralised undergraduate and postgraduate processes.
Ram Lal Anand, after whom the college is named, was a prominent advocate associated with the legal community in Delhi. The college was founded in his memory and reflects a tradition of philanthropic involvement in the establishment of Delhi University colleges.
The college offers undergraduate honours and programme courses in disciplines such as English, Hindi, Economics, Political Science, History, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, and Microbiology, among others. Postgraduate offerings have been added over time in select disciplines. Teaching, evaluation, and degree-granting follow the regulations of the University of Delhi, including the choice-based and four-year undergraduate frameworks adopted by the university.
