Raju Mukherjee is an Indian former first-class cricketer who later served as a coach, administrator and match referee in Indian cricket. He represented Bengal in domestic competitions, primarily the Ranji Trophy, during his playing career.

Mukherjee came up through the Bengal cricketing system based in Kolkata, which has historically been one of the strongest centres of Indian domestic cricket through the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB). He played first-class cricket in the Ranji Trophy, the premier domestic red-ball tournament organised by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
After his playing days, Mukherjee remained associated with Indian cricket in non-playing capacities. He has been involved in coaching at the domestic level and has officiated as a match referee in matches conducted under the BCCI's domestic structure. He has also written and commented on the game, contributing to cricket discourse in India.
