Old Neredmet is a residential locality in the Medchal–Malkajgiri district of Telangana, India. It forms part of the larger Neredmet area in the northeastern suburbs of Hyderabad and falls within the jurisdiction of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). The neighbourhood is closely associated with the adjoining military and defence establishments at Secunderabad Cantonment.

Old Neredmet lies in the northeastern part of the Hyderabad urban agglomeration, adjoining localities such as Neredmet, Sainikpuri, Vinayak Nagar, Malkajgiri and Safilguda. The area is connected to central Secunderabad by arterial roads passing through AOC Centre and Tirumalagiri.
