Neil Trevor Broom (born 20 November 1983) is a former New Zealand international cricketer. Born at Christchurch in Canterbury, he was educated at Shirley Boys' High School before pursuing a career in professional cricket.
At the domestic level, Broom represented Otago and Canterbury in New Zealand, and also played county cricket in England for Derbyshire County Cricket Club. He made his One Day International debut in 2009. Following a successful domestic season, he was recalled to the national squad in 2017, going on to make his Test debut during that period.
In international cricket, Broom played two Test matches, 39 One Day Internationals and 11 Twenty20 Internationals for New Zealand. He retired from professional cricket at the end of the 2021–22 season. In July 2022, he was appointed coach of University Grange Cricket Club, which competes in the Dunedin Premier Grade competition for the 2022–23 season.
His brother, Darren Broom, also played first-class cricket, representing Canterbury and Otago between the 2007–08 and 2012–13 seasons.
