Nehha Pendse Bayas (née Pendse; born 29 November 1984) is an Indian actress and producer who works predominantly in Marathi and Hindi cinema and television, with selected appearances in Telugu and Tamil films. She began her career as a child artist in 1995 and later established herself in Marathi cinema, winning a Filmfare Award Marathi for Best Actress for the film June (2021).

Pendse entered the entertainment industry at the age of ten as a child artist in Ekta Kapoor's horror television show Captain House (1995). She subsequently appeared in Hindi television series including Padosan and Hasratein, which brought her wider recognition during her formative years on television.
Pendse made her film debut with an uncredited appearance in Daag: The Fire (1999), followed by a role as Sunny Deol's sibling in Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin. Her first on-screen role as an adult came in 2002, at age 17, when she featured in the Telugu romantic comedy Sontham and the Tamil romantic drama Mounam Pesiyadhe. She subsequently appeared in Inidhu Inidhu Kadhal Inidhu (2003), Nothing but Life (2004), and the action-thriller Abraham & Lincoln (2007).
In the late 2000s, Pendse moved into Marathi-language productions, with roles in the film Agnividya and the daily soap Bhagyalakshmi. She continued in Marathi films through the 2010s, including the fictional biopic Dusari Goshta (2014), the comedy Premasathi Coming Suun (2014), the inspirational drama Balkadu (2015), and the drama Natsamrat (2016).
Alongside her Marathi film work, Pendse joined the Hindi sitcom May I Come In Madam? in 2016. She participated in Bigg Boss season 12.
In 2021, Pendse co-produced and starred in the Marathi film June. Her performance was critically acclaimed and earned her the Filmfare Award Marathi for Best Actress.
In 2020, Pendse married businessman Shardul Singh Bayas.
Pendse's career illustrates a transition from Hindi television child roles to leading roles across multiple Indian film industries, with her most sustained work in Marathi cinema. Her recognition for June, in which she also served as co-producer, marked a notable point in her career as a performer and producer in regional cinema.
