National Law University, Odisha (NLUO) is a state public university located in Cuttack, Odisha, India. Established by the Government of Odisha as an autonomous institution dedicated to legal education, it is one of the National Law Universities (NLUs) set up across India to advance the study and research of law along the lines pioneered by the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

NLUO was created by an enactment of the Odisha state legislature to provide specialised legal education in the state and to contribute to the wider network of National Law Universities in India. Like other NLUs, it functions as an autonomous body governed by its own statutes, with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Odisha traditionally associated with its governance structure.
The university admits students primarily through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), the centralised entrance examination for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at participating National Law Universities.
The university offers integrated undergraduate law degrees, postgraduate programmes in law, and doctoral research opportunities. Its curriculum combines core legal subjects with interdisciplinary electives, moot court training, clinical legal education, and seminars, in keeping with the model adopted by other NLUs.
