The National Institute of Technology, Manipur (NIT Manipur) is a public technical university located in Imphal, the capital of the Indian state of Manipur. It is one of the thirty-one National Institutes of Technology (NITs) in India, a group of autonomous engineering and technology institutions established and governed under the National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007. Like its peer NITs, it is recognised as an Institute of National Importance.

NIT Manipur was set up as part of the Government of India's expansion of the NIT system to ensure that every major state had a centrally funded technical institution. The institute caters primarily to undergraduate engineering education, with provision for postgraduate and doctoral programmes in selected disciplines. Admission to the bachelor's programmes is conducted through the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) and the centralised counselling process operated by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
