Mohammad Mushfiqur Rahim (Bengali: মোহাম্মদ মুশফিকুর রহিম; born 9 May 1987) is a Bangladeshi cricketer who has represented the national team since 2005. A right-handed batter who bats predominantly in the middle order, he also keeps wicket, and is regarded as one of the leading figures in Bangladesh cricket. He served as captain of the national side across all three international formats during the early to mid-2010s.

Mushfiqur made his debut for the Bangladesh national cricket team in 2005 and went on to become a long-serving member of the side, combining the duties of a specialist middle-order batter with those of a wicket-keeper. Over the course of his international career he established himself as one of Bangladesh's most consistent batters in the longer format.
Mushfiqur captained Bangladesh in Test cricket from 2011 to 2017. He also led the side in One Day Internationals (ODIs) and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) from 2011 to 2014, making him captain across all three formats during the early part of that decade.
Mushfiqur holds several batting records for Bangladesh in Test cricket, including the most career runs and the highest career batting average. He has scored the most Test centuries for Bangladesh, with 14, of which three are double centuries. In the ODI format, he has nine international centuries to his name.
As a wicket-keeper, Mushfiqur has accumulated the most career dismissals for Bangladesh in ODI cricket.
Mushfiqur Rahim's longevity in the Bangladesh side, combined with his leadership across formats and his record-setting batting numbers in Test cricket, make him one of the most important cricketers in the country's international history. His ability to combine wicket-keeping with substantial run-scoring in the middle order has been central to Bangladesh's progression in Test cricket.
