Mugdha Veira Godse (born 26 July 1986) is an Indian actress and model who works primarily in Hindi-language films. She began her career in modelling before transitioning to acting with Madhur Bhandarkar's Fashion (2008).

Before entering films, Godse worked as a fashion model. In 2004, she participated in the Femina Miss India pageant, where she reached the semi-final stage. Her work on the ramp brought her into contact with the Indian fashion industry, an experience that later informed her screen debut.
Godse made her acting debut in 2008 with Fashion, directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. The film, which examined the lives of models within the Indian fashion industry, marked her entry into mainstream Hindi cinema.
She served as one of the judges on the Marathi-language reality show Marathi Paul Padte Pudhe.
