The Mar Thoma Syrian Theological Seminary is a theological institution of the Mar Thoma Syrian Church of Malabar, located in Kottayam, Kerala, India. It is one of the principal centres for the formation of clergy of the Mar Thoma Church, an Oriental Protestant denomination that traces its tradition to the Saint Thomas Christians of Kerala while incorporating Reformation principles.

The Mar Thoma Syrian Church emerged in the 19th century as a reform movement within the Malankara Church, influenced by contact with Anglican missionaries of the Church Mission Society and by reformers such as Abraham Malpan.
