Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati Medical College and Hospital (commonly abbreviated MKCG Medical College) is a public medical college and tertiary care teaching hospital located in Berhampur, in the Ganjam district of Odisha, India. It is one of the oldest and largest medical institutions in the state and serves as a major referral centre for southern Odisha as well as adjoining districts of Andhra Pradesh.

The college is named in honour of Maharaja Krushna Chandra Gajapati Narayan Deo, the ruler of the erstwhile princely state of Paralakhemundi and the first Prime Minister of Odisha province, who was a prominent figure in the movement for the creation of a separate Odia-speaking province. Establishing a medical college in Berhampur was intended to extend modern medical education and tertiary healthcare to the southern parts of Odisha, a region that had historically been underserved by such institutions.
The institution offers undergraduate medical education leading to the MBBS degree, along with postgraduate programmes (MD, MS and diploma courses) across major clinical and pre-clinical disciplines. Allied training programmes in nursing and paramedical sciences are also conducted in association with the hospital.
