Machavaram Venkata Sridhar (1966–2017) was an Indian first-class cricketer and cricket administrator. A right-handed batsman from Hyderabad, he later served in senior administrative roles with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), where he was associated with the General Manager (Cricket Operations) function.

Sridhar was part of a generation of Hyderabad batsmen who featured in the Ranji Trophy during the late 1980s and 1990s. He represented Hyderabad in domestic competitions including the Ranji Trophy and the Duleep Trophy, contributing as a top-order batsman.
Sridhar's first-class career was based around the Hyderabad Cricket Association. He played alongside several Hyderabad cricketers who went on to represent India, and was known for accumulating substantial scores in the domestic circuit. He recorded multiple centuries in first-class cricket before retiring from active play.
After retiring from competitive cricket, Sridhar moved into administration. He worked with the Hyderabad Cricket Association before joining the BCCI's central administration in Mumbai. At the BCCI he was involved in cricket operations, handling tournament logistics, domestic scheduling and related responsibilities for matches conducted under the board.
Sridhar died in 2017. His passing was noted by the cricketing community in Hyderabad and within the BCCI, where colleagues acknowledged his contribution to domestic cricket administration.
Sridhar is remembered both as a domestic cricketer for Hyderabad and as an administrator who transitioned into a managerial role at the national governing body, a path followed by relatively few former first-class players in India.
