The MIT-WPU Faculty of Management is the management school of MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU), a private university located in Kothrud, Pune, in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The faculty offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in management and allied disciplines, and is one of the principal academic units of the university.

The faculty traces its lineage to management education initiatives launched under the Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research (MAEER), the trust founded by Vishwanath D. Karad that established the Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) group of institutions in Pune. With the formation of MIT World Peace University in 2017 under a Maharashtra state legislative act, several legacy management programmes run under MAEER were brought together within the new university as the Faculty of Management.

The faculty is housed within the MIT-WPU campus on Paud Road, Kothrud, in western Pune. The campus is part of the larger MIT educational complex which includes engineering, sciences, liberal arts, design, pharmacy, law and other faculties of the university, alongside the MIT World Peace Dome.
As the management school of a comprehensive private university in Pune — a city with a substantial concentration of higher education institutions — the faculty contributes to the city's role as a regional hub for business education in western India.
