Lalit Parimoo is an Indian actor who works in Hindi-language film and television. He is best known for portraying the scientist Dr. Jaikaal in the superhero television series Shaktimaan (1997).

Parimoo gained wide recognition on television through his role as Dr. Jaikaal, a scientist character in Shaktimaan, the Indian superhero series that began airing in 1997. The show, which ran on Doordarshan, became one of the most popular children's programmes of its era and brought visibility to several of its supporting cast members.
Alongside his television work, Parimoo has appeared in a number of Hindi films. He featured as a professor in Sriram Raghavan's espionage thriller Agent Vinod (2012). He subsequently appeared in Vishal Bhardwaj's Haider (2014), an adaptation of William Shakespeare's Hamlet set in Kashmir, where his performance received critical appreciation.
In addition to his acting work, Parimoo has authored a book titled Main Manushya Hoon (translated as "I Am a Human").
Parimoo is part of a generation of Indian character actors who moved between Doordarshan-era television and mainstream Hindi cinema, contributing supporting performances across both media. His role in Shaktimaan remains a significant point of reference in discussions of Indian television from the 1990s.
