K. S. Giridharan (1949–2023) was an Indian cricket umpire who officiated in domestic first-class matches in India. He was associated with the Tamil Nadu cricketing fraternity and stood in matches conducted under the auspices of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
