Jesus and Mary College (commonly abbreviated as JMC) is a women's college affiliated to the University of Delhi. Located in the Chanakyapuri diplomatic enclave of New Delhi, it is one of the constituent colleges of Delhi University and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the humanities, social sciences, commerce and related disciplines.

The college is administered by the Religious of Jesus and Mary, a Roman Catholic religious congregation founded in France in the early nineteenth century by Saint Claudine Thévenet. The congregation has historically been associated with educational institutions for girls and women in several countries, and Jesus and Mary College in Delhi is part of this educational tradition. As a Christian minority institution, the college follows admission and governance norms applicable to recognised minority colleges under Indian law while remaining academically integrated with the University of Delhi.
