Jagran Lakecity University (JLU) is a private university located in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. It is recognised under Section 2(f) of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act, 1956, which empowers the UGC to coordinate and determine standards in institutions of higher education in India.
The university offers a broad range of academic programmes, with more than fifty degree courses across multiple disciplines, catering to a student population of over 2,500. Its academic offerings span undergraduate and postgraduate levels in various fields of study.
JLU has received recognition from external assessment bodies. It was ranked among the leading private universities in India by Education World in 2021.
