Innocent Kaia (born 10 August 1992) is a Zimbabwean cricketer who has represented Zimbabwe in international Twenty20 cricket and has played in domestic first-class competition for the Southern Rocks.

Kaia was born on 10 August 1992 in Zimbabwe and progressed through the country's domestic cricket structure before earning selection for the national side.
Kaia made his Twenty20 debut for Zimbabwe on 15 September 2017, during the 2017 Africa T20 Cup, a regional tournament featuring teams from across Africa.
In December 2020, Kaia was selected to play for the Southern Rocks in the 2020–21 Logan Cup, Zimbabwe's premier domestic first-class competition.
Kaia is among the cricketers who have transitioned from Zimbabwe's franchise-based domestic system to international representation, contributing to the country's player pool across both shorter and longer formats of the game.
