Indrani Haldar is an Indian actress primarily known for her work in Bengali cinema. Over the course of her career, she has been recognised with a National Award, three BFJA Awards and two Anandalok Awards.
Haldar began her acting career in 1986 with the Bengali television series Tero Parbon, directed by Jochon Dastidar. She made her feature film debut opposite Prosenjit Chatterjee in Mandira (1990), and went on to appear in a wide range of films, telefilms and television serials. Her work in the Bengali television series Goyenda Ginni is regarded as a high point of her career.
Among her notable film appearances are Charachar, Dahan, Anu, Sajhbatir Rupkathara, Faltu, Tokhon Teish and Mayurakshi, several of which received critical acclaim. In addition to her Bengali work, she has also acted in Maa Shakti, produced by B. R. Chopra.
