The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-Lucknow or IIML) is a public business school located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was established in 1984 as the fourth Indian Institute of Management set up by the Government of India. The institute has been recognised as an "Institution of Excellence" by India's Ministry of Human Resource Development.

IIM Lucknow offers post-graduate diploma, fellowship and executive programmes in management. The main campus is situated on a 200-acre site in the northern outskirts of Lucknow. For the two-year PGP for working executives, candidates are considered on the basis of GMAT scores or a competitive written examination conducted by IIM Lucknow, followed by a Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview (WAT & PI) for final selection.

The institute's programmes are accredited by AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB, giving it triple crown accreditation. IIM Lucknow has student exchange tie-ups with 24 leading business schools across the world. It also serves as the mentor institution for IIM Jammu, IIM Rohtak and IIM Kashipur, and previously mentored IIM Sirmaur until 2018. Various clubs, academic interest groups and committees organise business competitions, cultural and sports events through the year.
