The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur (IIIT Nagpur or IIITN) is a public technical institute located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. It is one of the Indian Institutes of Information Technology established under the public–private partnership (PPP) model, with funding shared between the Government of India, the Government of Maharashtra, and industry partners. The institute focuses on undergraduate and postgraduate education in information technology and allied disciplines.

IIIT Nagpur is part of a national network of IIITs created by the Ministry of Education (formerly the Ministry of Human Resource Development) to expand higher education capacity in information technology. Under the PPP scheme, the central government, the state government, and one or more industry partners contribute to capital and operating costs, while the institute functions with academic autonomy.
The Indian Institutes of Information Technology (Public-Private Partnership) Act, 2017, along with subsequent amendments, declared the PPP-mode IIITs as Institutes of National Importance, allowing them to grant their own degrees.
The institute offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programmes in fields associated with computer science, information technology, and electronics and communication engineering. It also offers postgraduate programmes and doctoral research in computing and related areas. Admission to undergraduate programmes is conducted through the Joint Entrance Examination (Main), with seat allotment via the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
IIIT Nagpur operates from a campus in Nagpur, Maharashtra. In its initial years, the institute functioned from a transit campus before shifting to its permanent location developed for academic, residential, and research facilities.
As one of the IIITs created under the PPP model, IIIT Nagpur contributes to the national objective of developing skilled human resources in information technology. The institute serves the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra and the broader central Indian belt, supporting research and industry linkages in computing disciplines.
