Hemlata Kala is an Indian former cricketer who represented the India women's national cricket team in international cricket. A right-handed middle-order batter, she was part of the Indian women's side during a period in which women's cricket in India was administered by the Women's Cricket Association of India (WCAI) before its merger with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 2006.
