Harman Baweja (born 13 November 1980) is an Indian actor, producer and screenwriter who works primarily in Hindi cinema. He has also appeared in Punjabi-language films and, more recently, in streaming productions.

Baweja was born into a film family. His father, Harry Baweja, is a Hindi film director, and his mother, Pammi Baweja, works as a producer. This background shaped his entry into the Mumbai film industry.
Baweja made his acting debut with the science-fiction romance Love Story 2050 (2008), directed by his father. He followed this with two releases in 2009: Ashutosh Gowariker's ensemble romantic comedy What's Your Raashee?, in which he appeared opposite Priyanka Chopra, and the cricket-themed drama Victory. In 2014, he featured in the gangster film Dishkiyaoon.
Alongside his Hindi work, Baweja has acted in Punjabi cinema.
After a hiatus from the screen, he returned with the Netflix drama series Scoop (2023), marking his entry into long-form streaming content.
