Hansika Motwani (born 9 August 1991) is an Indian actress who works predominantly in Tamil and Telugu cinema. After beginning her career as a child artiste in Hindi productions, she transitioned to lead roles in South Indian films from the late 2000s, going on to appear in a number of commercially successful Telugu and Tamil features.

Motwani started out in the Hindi film industry as a child actor before moving to lead roles in Telugu films during the late 2000s. She subsequently established herself as a leading actress in Tamil cinema, where the bulk of her later filmography has been concentrated.
