Trisha hails from Telangana and developed through the state's age-group cricket pathway. She rose through Hyderabad's women's cricket structure, which has produced a number of India internationals over the years, before earning selection to national youth squads.
Trisha has appeared in BCCI-administered women's domestic tournaments, including the Senior Women's One Day Trophy and Senior Women's T20 Trophy, representing Hyderabad. At the junior level, she was selected for India's Under-19 women's set-up, taking part in the country's preparations and fixtures associated with the ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup cycle.
She has been recognised within domestic circles for consistent run-scoring at the top of the order, and her performances in age-group cricket led to her inclusion in Women's Premier League (WPL) auctions and squad considerations as the league expanded its talent base.
Trisha is part of a generation of young Indian women cricketers who have benefited from the structural growth of women's cricket in India following the launch of the Women's Premier League in 2023, the expansion of domestic age-group tournaments, and increasing investment in women's cricket pathways at the state association level.
