Godrej Enterprises Group is an Indian diversified conglomerate that forms one of the two principal arms of the broader Godrej business family, alongside Godrej Industries Group. The Enterprises Group houses several of the original manufacturing and engineering businesses of the Godrej name, including locks, security solutions, furniture, appliances, aerospace and defence components, precision engineering, and material handling equipment. The group is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The Godrej business traces its origins to 1897, when Ardeshir Godrej began manufacturing locks in Bombay. Over the following decades, the family enterprise expanded into safes, soaps, furniture, typewriters, refrigerators, and a wide range of engineering and consumer products. The businesses were historically organised under Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company and several allied entities.
In 2024, the Godrej family announced a formal restructuring that divided the group's businesses between two branches of the family. Under this arrangement, the manufacturing and engineering-led businesses, anchored by Godrej & Boyce, were placed under the umbrella now identified as Godrej Enterprises Group, while the listed consumer goods, real estate, agrochemicals, and financial services businesses continued under Godrej Industries Group.

Godrej Enterprises Group represents one of the oldest continuously operating industrial enterprises in India, with a manufacturing legacy of more than a century. Its products have featured in major national projects, including supply contracts for the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and other defence and infrastructure programmes. The group is also notable for retaining a large, vertically integrated manufacturing footprint at Vikhroli in Mumbai, where extensive mangrove lands owned by the group form an ecologically significant area along the city's eastern shoreline.
