Ellyse Alexandra Perry (born 3 November 1990) is an Australian international cricketer and former soccer player. She made her debut for both the Australian national cricket team and the national soccer team at the age of 16, becoming the youngest Australian to play international cricket and the first to appear in both ICC and FIFA World Cups.
From 2014 onwards, Perry gradually transitioned to being a single-sport professional athlete, focusing on cricket. A genuine all-rounder skilled in both batting and fast bowling, she is widely regarded as one of the greatest female cricketers of all time. Among her statistical milestones, she was the first player to amass a combined 1,000 runs and 100 wickets in T20Is, she holds the record for the highest score by an Australian woman in Test matches with 213 not out, and she was the third player to take 150 wickets in women's ODIs.
Perry has been part of several successful teams across cricket's primary formats. At the international level, she has won eight world championships with Australia. At the domestic level, she has claimed eleven WNCL titles with New South Wales, two Women's Big Bash League titles with the Sydney Sixers, and one Women's Premier League title with Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
