E.G.S. Pillay Engineering College (often abbreviated as EGSPEC) is a private engineering institution located in Nagapattinam, in the coastal Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu, India. The college is run by the E.G.S. Pillay Educational Trust, which operates a group of educational institutions in and around Nagapattinam covering schools, arts and science, pharmacy, and engineering. EGSPEC functions as the engineering wing of this group and primarily caters to students from the delta districts of Nagapattinam, Tiruvarur, Thanjavur and the surrounding region, although it also enrols candidates from elsewhere in Tamil Nadu and other states.
