The Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (Dr. RMLIMS) is a medical institute located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. The institute holds state university status, allowing it to grant its own degrees, and is named after the socialist leader Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia.

The institute was established in 2006. For its initial years, it functioned in affiliation with King George's Medical University, Lucknow, which oversaw academic recognition of its programmes. This affiliation continued until 2018.

On 12 September 2018, Dr. RMLIMS was notified as a state university, gaining degree-granting status and the associated privileges of an autonomous academic institution.

The institute offers a range of medical and allied health programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. These include the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), postgraduate degrees such as the Doctor of Medicine (MD), and super-specialty qualifications including the Doctorate of Medicine (DM) and Magister Chirurgiae (MCh). The institute also offers Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programmes for research scholars.
