Dipika Kakar is an Indian television actress known primarily for her work in Hindi-language soap operas. Dipika Kakar was born in Pune, Maharashtra, and spent part of her early life in Mumbai. Before entering the entertainment industry, she worked briefly as a flight attendant. She made her transition to acting in Hindi television in the late 2000s, taking up supporting roles before securing lead parts.
Kakar began her on-screen career with appearances in serials such as Neer Bhare Tere Naina Devi on Colors TV and Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo on Zee TV, which provided her early exposure on Indian general-entertainment channels.
