Delhi Public School Bhubaneswar is a school located in Bhubaneswar, the capital city of the Indian state of Odisha. The school takes its name from the Delhi Public School family of institutions and is situated in Bhubaneswar, a city widely known as the "Temple City" of India and a regional hub for education, sports, tourism and information technology.

The school is based in Bhubaneswar, which is the capital and largest city of Odisha and lies in the Khordha district. Bhubaneswar replaced Cuttack as the capital of Odisha on 13 April 1948. The modern city was planned by the German architect Otto Königsberger in 1946, making it one of modern India's first planned cities, alongside Jamshedpur and Chandigarh.
Bhubaneswar, together with the neighbouring city of Cuttack, forms what is commonly known as the "twin cities of Odisha". The area is categorised as a Tier-2 city and has been included in India's Smart Cities Mission, along with Rourkela, as one of the two cities from Odisha selected under the programme.
Bhubaneswar is regarded as a confluence of Hindu, Buddhist and Jain heritage and contains several Kalingan temples, many dating from the 6th–13th century CE. Along with Puri and Konark, the city forms the "Swarna Tribhuja" or Golden Triangle, one of Eastern India's most visited destinations.
