Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC) is a constituent college of the University of Delhi, located in New Delhi, India. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across the humanities, social sciences, commerce and journalism, and is one of the institutions maintained and partially funded by the University of Delhi.

The college functions within the framework of the University of Delhi, following the university's curriculum, academic calendar and examination system. As with other constituent colleges of the university, admissions are conducted through the centralised admission process administered by the University of Delhi, and degrees are awarded by the university.
DCAC offers undergraduate honours and programme courses in disciplines spanning the arts, humanities, social sciences and commerce. Subjects taught include English, Hindi, History, Political Science, Economics, Commerce and Journalism, among others. The college also offers postgraduate courses in select disciplines under the University of Delhi's postgraduate regulations.
The college has a students' union and a range of academic societies, cultural societies and sports teams that participate in inter-college events organised within the University of Delhi.
