Deepak Dobriyal (born 1 September 1975) is an Indian actor recognised for his work in Hindi cinema and theatre. Over the course of his career, he has appeared in a range of mainstream and independent films, often in supporting roles that have earned him critical appreciation. He is a recipient of several honours, including a Filmfare Award, a Filmfare Award (Marathi) and a Maharashtra State Film Award.

Dobriyal began his acting journey in theatre before transitioning to films. His stage work shaped a performance style that has been praised for its naturalism and comic timing, qualities that subsequently distinguished his work on screen.
Dobriyal came to wider attention with Vishal Bhardwaj's Omkara (2006), an adaptation of Shakespeare's Othello, in which he played a key supporting role. He followed this with Shaurya (2008), a courtroom drama set against the backdrop of the Indian Army.
He achieved further prominence with Aanand L. Rai's Tanu Weds Manu (2011) and its sequel Tanu Weds Manu Returns (2015), in which his portrayal of the character Pappi became one of the franchise's most popular elements. During this period, he also featured in Dabangg 2 (2012) and Chor Chor Super Chor (2013).
In the latter half of the 2010s, he appeared in Sooraj Barjatya's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2015) and Saket Chaudhary's Hindi Medium (2017), the latter of which earned him significant critical acclaim. He reprised aspects of his collaboration with Irrfan Khan in Angrezi Medium (2020).
Dobriyal's accolades include a Filmfare Award and a Filmfare Award Marathi, indicating recognition across multiple Indian film industries. He has also received a Maharashtra State Film Award for his work in Marathi cinema.
