Charotar University of Science and Technology, commonly abbreviated as CHARUSAT, is a state private university located in the Charotar region of Gujarat, India. The university is situated at Changa, in Anand district, and offers programmes across engineering, pharmacy, applied sciences, computer applications, management, nursing, physiotherapy, and allied disciplines.

The university is established and managed by the Charotar Education Society and the Kelavani Mandal trusts, which had previously promoted a number of constituent institutes in the Changa campus. CHARUSAT was constituted by bringing these institutes under a unified university framework, recognised by the Government of Gujarat as a private university and operating under the regulatory ambit of the University Grants Commission (UGC).
CHARUSAT functions through a multi-faculty structure, with constituent institutes that include programmes in engineering and technology, pharmacy, computer science and applications, applied sciences, management studies, nursing, and physiotherapy. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes, and supports research activity across science, engineering, and health sciences.
The university campus is located at Changa, between the towns of Anand and Nadiad, in central Gujarat.
