Chandra Sathe (1947–2017) was an Indian cricket umpire. He was active in domestic cricket officiating in India during the latter half of the twentieth century.

Sathe belonged to the generation of Indian umpires who officiated in matches organised under the auspices of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Indian domestic cricket during his active years was structured around long-standing competitions such as the Ranji Trophy, the Duleep Trophy and the Irani Cup, with umpires drawn from panels maintained by state cricket associations and the national board.
