Central Agricultural University (CAU) is a central agricultural university located at Lamphelpat, Imphal, in the Indian state of Manipur. It serves the north-eastern region of India and offers higher education and research in agricultural sciences.
CAU is one of three central agricultural universities in India recognised by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). It functions within the framework of central universities dedicated to agricultural education, extension and research.
