Carl Llewelyn Hooper (born 15 December 1966) is a Guyanese former cricketer who represented the West Indies in international cricket for a span of about 16 years. An all-rounder, he was a right-handed middle-order batsman and a right-arm off-spin bowler. He went on to captain the West Indies in both Test matches and One Day Internationals (ODIs).
