Braithwaite, Burn & Jessop Construction Company Limited (BBJ) is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the administrative control of the Government of India, Ministry of Heavy Industries. The company is engaged primarily in the fabrication and erection of steel bridges, and has historically undertaken heavy engineering and construction work for Indian Railways and other infrastructure clients. It is headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal.

The Braithwaite, Burn & Jessop Construction Company was formed by bringing together the construction divisions of three historic engineering firms with deep roots in eastern India:
BBJ was constituted as a separate construction entity to consolidate the bridge-building and erection capabilities of these firms under a single corporate umbrella, while the parent companies continued to operate in their respective core businesses.
