Blair Marshall Tickner (born 13 October 1993) is a New Zealand cricketer who plays domestic cricket for Central Districts. A right-arm fast-medium bowler, he made his international debut for the New Zealand cricket team in February 2019.

Tickner is a New Zealand-born cricketer who progressed through domestic cricket in his country before earning national selection. He represents Central Districts, one of the six major associations that contest New Zealand's domestic competitions.
Tickner plays for Central Districts in New Zealand's domestic structure, which includes first-class, List A and Twenty20 competitions organised under the auspices of New Zealand Cricket.
