The Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani – Mumbai Campus, commonly referred to as BITS Pilani, Mumbai Campus, is a proposed and developing campus of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS Pilani) located in the state of Maharashtra, India. It is intended to be the fifth campus of the BITS Pilani system, joining the existing campuses at Pilani (Rajasthan), Goa, Hyderabad, and Dubai.

BITS Pilani is one of India's leading private institutions of higher education, established in its present form in 1964 and granted deemed-to-be-university status.
